I looked over the Rustic Christmas Crafts. Some of them looked interesting and others just weren't my style. I haven't had a chance to do much crafting. I'm my mom's only daughter and primary caregiver. She's 93 years old, soon to be 94 on December 31st. She's legally deaf and only hears when she has her hearing aids in, one being a cochlear implant. She has developed Macular Degeneration and is unable to read print. About a year ago she slipped going down the ramp to feed the fish and fractured her right hip. Over the past 6 months she's been in and out of the hospital and rehabilitation centers. She easily becomes frustrated and begins to cry. I feel stressed out and overwhelmed trying to please her. She's up all night, sits in her chair most of the day on her iPad. I have gotten her to eat at the table. She falls asleep during the day. I'm working on getting her out of her chair to play games and other activities with me at the table. She has in-home therapy and nursing. She does all of her DLS independently except she doesn't take a bath. She cannot cook or do her laundry. She's mobile with the use of a walker. I feel like she's getting disappointed with her recovery. She has congestive heart failure. If her insurance denies in-home care because she's not progressing, I guess the next step is hospice.

    Rustic Review

I found useful information for later as this year was overloaded and I lacked time to attempt anything new.
