Printable Monster Favor Boxes

You will receive a 12-page PDF file containing 6 different monster favor box designs. One box lid/base prints from each page. These boxes are 3" x 6" when assembled. 

How to assemble the printable favor boxes:

Print off the PDF using the highest setting on your color printer. Cut the box lids and bases along the solid lines. Fold along the dashed lines. Glue the tabs to the sides of the lid to create the structure of the favor box lids. Glue the tabs and flaps to the sides of the base to create the base of the box. Fill the box base with treats and place the lid on top.
